How We Find Applicants
We employ a diverse set of activities to locate outstanding applicants. One of the most effective methods for us to identify future school leaders is by soliciting nominations of applicants by people who share our core beliefs and know individuals who fit our instructional and leadership criteria.

Admissions Process Summary
New Leaders for New Schools' intensive admissions process screens for qualities exhibited by highly effective school leaders (see our Selection Criteria). To date, New Leaders for New Schools has admitted less than 7% of applicants into our program.
New Leaders for New Schools' admissions process consists of:
1. Eligibility Verification
2. Online Application
3. First Round Interview
4. Finalist Selection Day
5. Reference Checks and Final Decision Notification
