Eligibility Pre-Screening Form

Thank you for your interest in the New Leaders for New Schools program. In this first step we ask you a number of questions to help us ensure that you are eligible to apply to the program at this time. Following the submission of this form, if you are eligible, you will be assigned credentials and instructions for accessing the application portal.

Determining cumulative time as a substitute teacher: Substitute teaching can be used toward the minimum full-time teaching requirement in all of our program sites except Chicago.
